Just did an acoustic recording of a NovuS song called Sorry Samone. Spent about 3 hours on it, start to finish. It was the best Christmas Eve I've ever spent alone.

Alright, I'm back. I added one of the band's songs. It's so new, I still haven't figured out how I'm singing it yet. You'll be able to tell. We're having fun though. It was recorded live, no overdubs or anything like that.
I hope to get some acoustic stuff up here soon.

So I think my voice was a little better, and the production is slightly better than my last track as well....
I'd like to get to 'DM Pick' status...But I have no clue how to do that...pfft! *shakes fist*
Well I do hope that more music comes along soon. I have three shows coming up in the next 2 weeks with 2 different bands, not to mention 3 all day practices...so it may not be until a couple weeks from now, but I'll get some more up here.
And now that I've stayed up all night, I will fall asleep.

Alright, so my first song is posted. I was working on it all night...my voice has not been even near 100% lately so I figured since it was halfway decent tonight I'd try and put it down. It came out pretty well, although there are some obvious spots that could use cleaning up.

Well I've turned my place into a laboratory in preparation for recording some of this music that I've written for posting on this site. So be ready!
I also went ahead and signed myself up to upload music (duh)...the 'band' is at
http://novus.dmusic.com ...NovuS is the official name. 'official'...how silly. Anyway, that's where you'll find my stuff (eventually).
I would have done this whole recording thing earlier in the week but I got real sick on Monday night so it was a no go. Hopefully my voice will be a 'go' Wednesday for recording. Cross your fingers...
So, hate to bore you with such a short note, but I suppose I will be talking to some of you soon.

Well, I signed up at Dmusic.com ... now what? I guess I should start putting some of my songs up here, but I haven't gotten the chance just yet. Hopefully I'll get to it early next week, because this weekend is going to be very busy.
